The apartment is on the second floor and the Vendors have recently updated it throughout using heritage colours to retain the character and many of the original features that makes this Georgian house so special.
You'll enter the apartment via the Inner Hall which leads on to the Dining Kitchen - a large yet warm and welcoming space that is very much the heart of this apartment. It has smart Wedgwood blue units with contrasting work surfaces, a central island with oven and induction hob, and integrated washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There's a log burner set in an inglenook fireplace that was new in 2024 and plenty of space for your dining table.
The second Hallway has a walk-in store cupboard and loft access, and the Principal Bedroom is to your left. With a wall of built-in wardrobes and dual aspect windows, this a lovely light space, plus an En Suite Shower Room. To your right is the generous Living Room which has a lovely feeling of light and space, with a huge bay window overlooking the gardens and a log burner.
Bedrooms Two and Three both have views out towards the lake, and completing the accommodation is the Bathroom which has a free-standing bath and double shower.
There's a large, insulated and part boarded loft that's accessed through the Hallway via a drop-down ladder, and the apartment also has allocated space in the large Cellar that runs under the Manor House.
Externally, Styche Hall sits in a wonderful nine acre plot that is available for all residents to enjoy - including a woodland which has a carpet of snowdrops and bluebells in Spring. Each apartment has a private area of Garden, and Apartment 3's Garden space is a short walk through the grounds and would be a wonderful space to create your own kitchen garden. You have a wood shed and allocated space for two cars in the parking area, as well as guest Parking spaces. The private garden space is available for a one-off fee on completion of the sale of approximately £290.
This apartment really does need to be viewed to appreciate the space and character it offers, so please call the team at our Market Drayton office to be one of the first to view.
LOCATION Styche Hall is set in a rural hamlet, along a long drive, that's approximately two miles from Market Drayton - a busy market town with a weekly street market every Wednesday whose charter dates back to 1245. The town has the Grove School with Sixth Form, Indoor Swimming Pool, Doctors' Clinic, Dentists and a range of Cafes, Shops, Supermarkets and Sports Clubs, and access to the Shropshire Union Canal.
