Property Manager

She joined Barbers in 2018 after a number of years working as Head Groom for an eventing yard near Whitchurch. Molly is a Hodnet girl and enjoys a trip to The Bear after work! Molly is an integral part of the property management team, working directly with tenants and landlords to ensure everything runs as it should. She manages maintenance arrangements, oversees rent collection and ensures any issues are handled promptly and professionally. Molly also keeps landlords informed about regulatory updates and compliance standards, helping them stay confident and compliant at all times. Organised and approachable, Molly focuses on creating a smooth and stress free experience for both tenants and landlords.

What is your role at Barbers?
I am a property manager and cover the Newport and Telford area. I deal with property maintenance and ensure landlords and tenants are happy with their home.
Do you have any pets? 
I have 2 horses – Ruby and Tigga. There very cute!
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A page 3 model and if that failed I wanted my own tea rooms to serve people tea and cake.
What is your favourite film? 
The Notebook – I’d like Noah to marry me
Where is your favourite holiday destination?
Bude Cornwall – I have a strong passion tea and scones!  
What do you like most about your job/working at Barbers?
The people I work with – we're a big happy family. We receive constant support, and it makes the working environment a happy environment!
