What You’ll Do
- Negotiate and progress property sales from start to finish
- Match buyers with their ideal homes and deliver outstanding customer service
- Build great relationships with clients, solicitors, and other agents
- Stay up-to-date on the local property market across Whitchurch, Wem, Malpas & beyond
- Accurately manage client and sales information on our CRM system
- Attend viewings, follow up leads, and provide constructive feedback
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
- Enthusiastic and target-driven, with a passion for property and people
- Local knowledge of Whitchurch and the surrounding areas
- Previous estate agency experience preferred, but strong sales backgrounds also welcome
- Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency essential)
- Full UK driving licence
