Job Vacancy - Accompanied Viewer in Newport

We are seeking an Accompanied Viewer to join our Newport team initially on Saturdays only. We cover a wide range of residential properties, including many attractive rural homes, so a full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients during property viewings by providing relevant information and answering queries.
  • Maintain an organised schedule of viewings and appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Ensure that all properties are presented in the best possible light prior to viewings.
  • Collect feedback from clients post-viewing to improve future experiences.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Professional, presentable & approachable personality.
  • Willing to go above and beyond to ensure a first-class viewing experience.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
