These awards are designed to highlight the outstanding service provided by different firms involved in the residential property sector. Property transactions can be extremely stressful for customers and it’s the job of estate agents and letting agents to help make the journey as smooth as possible.
Winners are decided purely on ratings provided by vendors, home buyers, tenants and landlords. This year over 30,000 customers completed ESTAS online customer service questionnaires, making it one of the largest annual surveys in the UK property industry.
