We’ve got some lovely news to share: Barbers has been named a Best in Postcode winner by The ESTAS, thanks to outstanding customer service reviews across all four of our offices. The ESTAS is the UK residential property industry’s biggest customer review-based awards scheme.
So, how does it work? The awards are driven by verified customer reviews submitted directly to the ESTAS website at the end of their property journey. ESTAS then monitors service ratings over a 12?month period, creating an independent and trusted measure of the experience delivered to customers.
What happens next?
And there’s more… as a postcode winner, Barbers has also been shortlisted for a county, regional or national trophy at the ESTAS Awards on 16th October. The ceremony will be hosted by property expert Phil Spencer, in front of 1,200 of the UK’s leading property professionals.
