Barbers are continually looking at initiatives to improve and enhance the service we provide to Landlords. Following the installation of our new management system we are pleased to announce the launch of our online landlord statements. This service enables Landlords to log into a secure website to view and download their latest statements.
To take part in this service please email your name, email address and the first line of the address of one of your properties to statements@barbers-online.co.uk. Shortly after registering you will receive an email from the site confirming your login details. You will then be able to access the system from your confirmation email or via this link.

Louise is Head of Property Management based at our Market Drayton office. Louise and the team assist landlords with the management of their properties and are experienced and knowledgeable of the industry.
Louise has passed the NAEA Technical Award in Residential Property Lettings and Management.
John's role within the department is to provide meticulous reports on the condition of properties prior to tenants moving in.
John has recently gained an accreditation in The Association of Approved Inventory Providers ( APIP ) qualification showing that this important side of the business is being treated with the professionalism it deserves.
Hannah has been working for Barbers since March 2008, originally as a Property Management Assistant before progressing to her current role as Property Management Coordinator. Hannah’s primary role on a daily basis involves negotiating with landlords and tenants on their deposit repayments, which is arranged after an inspection of the property once the tenants vacates. She also spends time liaising with contractors to obtain quotes for maintenance of our Managed Properties.
Angela joined Barbers in May 2010 as Lettings Valuer following the takeover of Paul F Rowley. Angela is the first point of contact for landlords advising on rental values and preparing properties to let, as well as dealing with tenant enquiries on a daily basis, dealing with registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them through to completion.
Jenni joined Barbers in May 2010 as Lettings Valuer & Negotiator after the takeover of Paul F Rowley where she had previously worked since 2005. Jenni is first point of contact for both landlords and tenants and on daily basis, dealing with registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them to completion.
Jenni has recently passed the NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management and as a result is now a member of ARLA.
Chris as Company Secretary is responsible for the central administration of Barbers, including all financial management. Chris also assists with the financial function of our Property Management team.
Linda as Accounts Manager deals with the financial administration of Barbers Property Management Department, dealing with the collection of rent and payment to landlords, as well as working alongside Chris Martin on the general financial management of the firm.
