When you enter you will be greeted by an impressive reception hallway, lounge, formal dining room, a modern kitchen with an AGA which opens out onto the open plan family room and dining area. Externally there is an attractive lawned frontage with well stocked borders, mature trees and a large gravelled driveway sweeps to both the front and side where there is also a detached double garage. Gated access then leads to the fully enclosed rear garden which has been thoughtfully landscaped to include a manicured lawn, York stone paved patio area, an ornamental pond, gazebo and an established vegetable garden with a greenhouse. So all that you need to do now is contact us to arrange a viewing and we would be more than happy to show you around this outstanding property.

LOCATION Market Drayton is a popular North Shropshire market town on the Staffordshire/Cheshire borders. It is on the River Tern, between Shrewsbury and Stoke on Trent and was formerly known as Drayton in Hales and is listed in the Domesday Book. In 1245 King Henry III granted a charter for the weekly Wednesday market, giving the town its current title. The market is still held every Wednesday. The Shropshire Union Canal runs through the town and Market Drayton offers a wide variety of amenities such as schools, specialist and high street shops, supermarkets and health and leisure facilities. The larger centres of Newcastle under Lyme, The Potteries, Crewe, Stafford, Telford and Shrewsbury are all within commutable distance.
