AGRICULTURAL OCCUPANCY RESTRICTION PLANNING : Planning permission for the bungalow ( subsequently known as either Penryn and Penrhyn ) was originally granted by North Shropshire District Council on 16/8/1972 reference 53/72/2325 for the erection of an agricultural worker's dwelling, and the formation of a vehicular access at Wood Lane Farm, Hinstock .
Condition 2 of the 1972 planning permission restricted the occupancy of the approved dwelling as follows:
'Occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person employed or last employed, locally full time in agriculture as defined in Section 290 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act,1971 ,or forestry, or dependent of such a person residing with him ( but including a widow or widower of such a person )'
