Barbers Estate Agents are finding that there is still a good demand for country properties with land despite recent talk of a falling market. There has never been a substitute it seems for attractive country properties with good views in prime locations. The most sought after properties need to have good road and rail links, access to good amenities such as well performing schools, attractive shops and places of employment, land for equestrian or commercial farm use, and that little something extra to pull in the buyers.
