Barbers are continually looking at initiatives to improve and enhance the service we provide to Landlords. Following the installation of our new management system we are pleased to announce the launch of our online landlord statements. This service enables Landlords to log into a secure website to view and download their latest statements.
To take part in this service please email your name, email address and the first line of the address of one of your properties to statements@barbers-online.co.uk. Shortly after registering you will receive an email from the site confirming your login details. You will then be able to access the system from your confirmation email or via this link.
Richard is Residential Lettings Manager for Barbers and oversees our successful Lettings and Property Management Department's. As a valued member of the team, Richard originally joined Barbers after leaving school and has worked as an auctioneer before specialising in Residential Property Lettings.
Richard is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has gained his certificate in Residential Lettings and Management through the National Association of Estate Agents. His experience have driven him to develop a strong team of Letting and Property Management specialists, who all have exceptional knowledge of their market place and the locations we operate, whilst maintain excellent customer levels of customer service.
Simon, Residential Property Branch Manager for Barbers Shrewsbury, previously worked with Barbers between 2000-2008 and has returned in 2010. In his previous role Simon managed Barbers Wellington office until 2006, before moving to the Shrewsbury office, to develop the business and become Valuations Manager for the Shrewsbury area. In the spring of 2008 Simon left Barbers to further his professional career with a National Surveying Practice GVA Grimley in Birmingham, where he was Senior Surveyor in the Healthcare Department, dealing with Valuations and Agency of operational and non operational care homes, private hospitals and special schools.
Simon is delighted to return to Barbers, where he will be providing a highly personalised, innovative and professional approach to the sale and letting of residential properties in the Shrewsbury area. Alongside his local property knowledge, Simon will be utilizing the latest technology and professional marketing but above all Simon will provide a first class personal service to clients.
In his new role Simon will be liaising with local professionals including other surveyors, accountants, solicitors and finance brokers to promote the long established Barbers brand.
Outside of work Simon lives in Shrewsbury with his partner Emma, son Sam and daughter Isabella and is a member of Shrewsbury Golf Club and Condover Cricket Club. Aside from his family, sport is a major part of his life for fellowship and continued professional contacts.
Julie is Lettings Valuer and Negotiator in the Market Drayton branch covering other areas including Whitchurch and the Cheshire, Staffordshire border. Joining Barbers Lettings team in April 2007, Julie has become an active member of the team liaising with both landlords and tenants in all aspects of lettings of the Lettings process.
Jean is the Head of Lettings Administration for Barbers successful Letting Department and has played an integral role in developing the strength and success of the team. As a secretary to Richard Heath, Jean has progressed to Head of Administration and Lettings Office Manager in Barbers Market Drayton branch.
Jean is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has passed the NAEA Technical Award in Residential Property Lettings and Management and is available to assist both Landlord and Tenants with the complete Lettings process.
Jenni joined Barbers in May 2010 as Lettings Valuer & Negotiator after the takeover of Paul F Rowley where she had previously worked since 2005. Jenni is first point of contact for both landlords and tenants and on daily basis, dealing with registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them to completion.
Jenni has recently passed the NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management and as a result is now a member of ARLA.
Angela joined Barbers in May 2010 as Lettings Valuer following the takeover of Paul F Rowley. Angela is the first point of contact for landlords advising on rental values and preparing properties to let, as well as dealing with tenant enquiries on a daily basis, dealing with registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them through to completion.
Sophie originally joined Barbers in 2005 working as a Sales Negotiator in the Newport Branch and returned in 2009 as an active member of the Lettings Department in Wellington/Telford. Her role includes liaising with landlords and tenants on all aspects of the lettings process, dealing with registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them through to completion.
Lizzie is currently on maternity leave but is a Lettings Valuer for Barbers established lettings department, spending her time advising landlords on how best to market their properties, as well as finding the right tenants. Joining Barbers in April 2007 as a lettings negotiator, Lizzie has since progressed to Lettings Valuer in our Wellington/Telford office.
As a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and with her experience of the rental market, Lizzie is well equipped to provide excellent customer service and offer knowledgeable advice to both landlords and tenants.
Sophie originally joined Barbers in 2005 as a Sales Negotiator in our Wellington/Telford branch and after a spell away travelling, Sophie returned to Barbers in 2008 and is an integral member of the lettings department in the Market Drayton. Her role involves finding suitable tenants for properties, registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them through to completion.
As a member of The National Association of Estate Agents, Sophie's considerable experience stands her in good stead to assist you with the letting of your property. Sophie is currently studying for a business degree.
Trine is a Residential Sales and Lettings Negotiator at Barbers Whitchurch Branch, providing a personal and proactive approach to the Sale and Lettings of Residential property within the Whitchurch and surrounding area. Having joined Barbers in 2004, Trine quickly progressed and is a valued and respected member of the team.
Collette is Residential Sales & Lettings Negotiator at Barbers Newport Branch, providing a personal and proactive approach to the Sale and Lettings of Residential property within Newport and the surrounding area.
Having joined Barbers in the summer of 2010, Collette has become an integral part of this enthusiastic team. Prior to working for Barbers, Colette gained considerable experience in Direct Mail and office administration. She also has a keen interest in Business Networking and runs a local Business Networking Club.
Debbie joined Barbers in December 2009 as an Administration Assistant in the Lettings Department. She deals with landlords and tenants on a day to day basis, both on the telephone and in person and prepares all Ingoing Schedule of Conditions.
Debbie has started studying for the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
Lucy joined Barbers in December 2008 working in the property management department assisting landlords in the day to day management of their properties.
Rob is a Lettings Accompanied viewer for Barbers. If you are unavailable during office hours to show prospective tenants around your property, Rob is on hand to assist. He has excellent local knowledge and is informed of all property details before the visit.
