Energy Performance Certificates
The Government is committed to comply with EU Directive 2002, which aims to promote improvements in the energy performance of buildings.
It is a legal requirement for all properties being marketed for Sale or Rent to have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This has to be made available for potential purchasers and tenants upon request.
How do I get an EPC?

At Barbers we can provide you with an EPC. This not only shows the current energy efficiency level of your property in the form of a coloured bar chart (similar to that seen on electrical appliances,) it also indicates how you can improve rating.
Our in-house Energy Assessor, Kevin Austin is a qualified and accredited Energy Assessor.
