Wellington sits comfortably within the shade of the Wrekin and is the oldest market town within this area. With a population of about 20,000 the town has an established and extensive range of local shops and is closely linked to its surrounding areas of Shropshire and further a field by the M54.

This area has excellent educational facilities from infant school, to sixth form and higher education with TCAT and Telford & Wrekin College on its door step. Future school incentive are also under way with the development of Limekiln Way Primary School.

In terms of local facilities there is a large swimming baths, the Bucks Head Football Club and the town’s hospital.
