Local estate agent, and Home Sale Network member, Barbers have successfully completed their ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Audit. ISO 9000 is an internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s internal quality management. ISO accreditation results in improved product, process and service quality.

The ISO 9001:2008 quality policy is a formal statement from our management, closely linked to the business and marketing plan and to customer needs. Uptake of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management scheme is growing and Barbers are one of over 40 Network members who have received accreditation.

Home Sale Network, the national network of independent estate agents, is highly selective in its invitation only membership, basing its criteria on quality of service, local knowledge and professionalism amongst others. Each member is hand picked after thorough checks, including mystery shopping, which identifies them as being the most appropriate Home Sale Network member in their area.
