John Clayton and Simon Beedles have extensive experience in preparing expert witness reports and giving evidence in Court, to Tribunals and at Arbitration.
John Clayton has been involved in Planning Inquires and Valuation Tribunals. Simon Beedles and David Lowe (A Chartered Surveyor in Barbers Commercial Team) have acted in Rent review and Dilapidation Arbitrations.
Areas of specialism include cases relating to Commercial Rent Reviews, Dilapidations, Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Freehold valuation claims, Compulsory Purchase Claims, Town and Country Planning matters including Planning Appeals.
