Mark is Branch Manager & Valuer for Barbers Whitchurch Branch and is a valued member of our team, having joined Whitchurch Branch as Manager in 2004. After graduating from University, Mark worked in a Valuation Office in Stoke and Shrewsbury in a variety of property related jobs, from valuing houses for council tax purposes, to working in the land and taxation departments, assessing properties for inheritance tax and capital gains tax valuations. He also worked as a Land Acquisition Surveyor on behalf of the major mobile phone companies.
Mark is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has developed an established, happy and secure team in Whitchurch, whose knowledge and dedication to their market place and local area is second to none.
Trine is a Residential Sales and Lettings Negotiator at Barbers Whitchurch Branch, providing a personal and proactive approach to the Sale and Lettings of Residential property within the Whitchurch and surrounding area. Having joined Barbers in 2004, Trine quickly progressed and is a valued and respected member of the team.
Sarah is Administrator for Barbers Whitchurch and is a valued member of the team. Joining Barbers in 1990, Sarah has extensive knowledge of the property market and local area. Her role involves creating sale particulars and preparing the advertising etc, as well as working closely alongside Mark, Trine and Angela on the day to day running of all property related matters.
Angela joined Barbers in May 2010 as Lettings Valuer following the takeover of Paul F Rowley. Angela is the first point of contact for landlords advising on rental values and preparing properties to let, as well as dealing with tenant enquiries on a daily basis, dealing with registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them through to completion.
Jenni joined Barbers in May 2010 as Lettings Valuer & Negotiator after the takeover of Paul F Rowley where she had previously worked since 2005. Jenni is first point of contact for both landlords and tenants and on daily basis, dealing with registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them to completion.
Jenni has recently passed the NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management and as a result is now a member of ARLA.
Nigel, is an independent Mortgage Advisor for Mortgage Advice Bureau, working across Barbers 5 Shropshire Branches. Joining Barbers in September 2010, Nigel has extensive knowledge of his profession with over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry and more specifically 6 years as a Mortgage Adviser.
