Gail is the Branch Manager & Valuer for Barbers Market Drayton branch and a valued member of our team, who started at Barbers in 2004 as a Sales Negotiator where she quickly progressed to working as a Valuer and then onto Assistant Manager and Manager over a period of three years.
As a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Gail has developed an established happy and secure team in Market Drayton, whose knowledge and dedication to their market place and local area is second to none.
Colette is the Sales Negotiator at Barbers Market Drayton branch. Her role includes registering applicants, liaising with Vendors, arranging viewings, taking offers, confirming sales and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. Colette has a wealth of experience in client facing roles, where she has developed exceptional customer service skills and is always on hand to advise clients on all property related matters.

Richard is Residential Lettings Manager for Barbers and oversees our successful Lettings and Property Management Department's. As a valued member of the team, Richard originally joined Barbers after leaving school and has worked as an auctioneer before specialising in Residential Property Lettings.
Richard is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and has gained his certificate in Residential Lettings and Management through the National Association of Estate Agents. His experience have driven him to develop a strong team of Letting and Property Management specialists, who all have exceptional knowledge of their market place and the locations we operate, whilst maintain excellent customer levels of customer service.
Currently on Maternity Leave - Hannah has been working for Barbers since 2008, originally as a Property Management Assistant before progressing to Property Management Coordinator and then to her current role of Lettings Negotiator. Hannah’s primary role on a daily basis involves negotiating with landlords and tenants on all aspects of the lettings process, from registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them through to completion.
Hannah is a qualified ARLA member having passed the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
Debbie joined Barbers in 2009 as a Lettings Administrator in the Lettings Department. She deals with landlords and tenants on a day to day basis, both on the telephone and in person and deals with all aspects of the administration process involved in setting up tenancy agreements.
Debbie has completed the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and is ARLA qualified.
Rob is a Lettings Accompanied viewer for Barbers. If you are unavailable during office hours to show prospective tenants around your property, Rob is on hand to assist. He has excellent local knowledge and is informed of all property details before the visit.
John's role within the department is to provide meticulous reports on the condition of properties prior to tenants moving in.
John is a qualified member of The Association of Approved Inventory Providers ( APIP ) showing that this important side of the business is being treated with the professionalism it deserves.
Jenni joined Barbers in 2010 as Lettings Valuer & Negotiator after the takeover of Paul F Rowley where she had previously worked since 2005. Jenni is first point of contact for both landlords and tenants and on daily basis, dealing with registering applicants, arranging viewings, negotiating lets and progressing them to completion.
Jenni has passed the NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management and as a result is a member of ARLA.
Rachel joined Barbers as a Lettings Administrator in the Lettings Department. She deals with landlords and tenants on a day to day basis, both on the telephone and in person and deals with all aspects of the administration process involved in setting up tenancy agreements.
Lucy joined Barbers in 2008 working in the property management department assisting landlords in the day to day management of their properties. Lucy is now involved in the preparation of tenancy agreements for landlords and tenants and dealing with all aspects of the administration process involved in setting up tenancy agreements. Lucy has completed the NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and is ARLA qualified
Nigel, is an independent Mortgage Advisor for Mortgage Advice Bureau, working across Barbers 5 Shropshire Branches. Nigel has extensive knowledge of his profession with over 20 years experience in the mortgage industry and more specifically 6 years as a Mortgage Advisor.
