Part Time Administrator- Required for our Wellington Lettings dept

3 days per week – Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Duties will include: Preparing tenancy agreements and other related paperwork, answering and responding to telephone enquiries, arranging valuations and viewings, as well as meeting and interviewing prospective tenants.  

You will therefore need to be structured and organised have good communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with MS Office products (Word, Outlook & Excel) 

Property Management Assistant (Maternity Cover)- Required in our Market Drayton office

Weekdays 8:45 to 5:30, one Saturday morning in four (8:45 to 12:00)
 
Duties include: Liaising with tenants and landlords on  repairs and maintenance; Instructing contractors and updating our management system; Arranging inspections and property management visits and Ensuring gas safety certificates are current
 
Previous experience of residential lettings or estate agency would be an advantage.
