Barbers is a member firm of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), has members of the National Association of Estate Agents and subscribes to The Property Ombudsman for Sales and Lettings.

Barbers has also been awarded ISO 9001:2008. This specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organisation:

  • needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product and services that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
  • aims to enhance customer satisfaction and has processes in place for continual improvement.
